You can get rid of acidity with some Natural and home-made remedies. All you need are a very few simple kitchen ingredients. Try this simple and effective home remedy for acidity and do post your comments below.

Method 1
In a vessel add 1 cup of water, 5-6 mint leaves, 4 cardamom pods, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp of jaggery and heat it for 5 mins.

Method 2
In a vessel add 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of crushed cumin, 1 tsp of crushed saunf (fennel), 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of jaggery and boil it for around 5-7 mins.
